Terms of Service
These terms include our service rules, acceptable-use requirements and refund policy. Please read them before using Oh My Greetings or purchasing credits.
1. About the service
Oh My Greetings is an AI-powered greeting-card service. Registered users can upload a photo, choose an occasion and creative style, add decorations and a message, and generate a personalised digital greeting card. The service is intended for lawful personal and creative use.
2. Accounts and credits
Each newly verified account receives 20 promotional credits once. Each card generation costs 10 credits. Purchased credits are added after confirmed payment, do not expire while the service remains available, cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. AI-generated results and technical failures
AI-generated images involve randomness. A completed image may differ from your photo, instructions, selected style or expected result, and we cannot guarantee a particular likeness, composition or quality. Subjective dissatisfaction or natural AI variation is not a technical failure. If a verified technical error produces no usable output, the 10 credits reserved for that generation will be returned automatically.
4. Purchases and refunds
AI image generation is digital content supplied immediately. All credit-pack purchases are therefore final and non-refundable. Used credits are not eligible for compensation, replacement or refund. No credits are granted for declined, incomplete or unconfirmed payments. If you have questions about the service, please contact us before purchasing.
5. Your content and acceptable use
You must own or have permission to use every photo, message and other item you upload. You must not upload, request or attempt to generate illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, deceptive or otherwise offensive content. Content involving minors in sexual, exploitative or unsafe contexts is strictly prohibited. You must not impersonate others, commit fraud, bypass safety measures or repeatedly test prohibited prompts.
We may reject a request, remove content, restrict access or terminate an account that violates these terms or applicable law. Remaining credits will not be refunded when an account is terminated for a violation.
6. Intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you upload. Subject to applicable law and any rights contained in your source material, you may use completed cards for personal purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads and use of generated results do not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
7. Privacy and payments
We do not sell or transfer users' personal information to third parties. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Oh My Greetings does not store full credit-card details. Our Privacy Policy explains the account, image and service information we process, including the applicable retention periods.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oh My Greetings is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or its AI-generated results.
